Getting Started

At FAS Training we start with a complementary fitness consultation. This gives a chance to sit down together, discuss your goals, talk about any injuries you currently have , or have had in the past. We will conduct a functional movement assessment, identify any postural deviations, faulty movement patterns, or muscular imbalances that should be addressed as part of your fitness program. Then we will discuss what your program will look like here at FAS Training. This typically takes about an hour. You should wear comfortable clothing that allow you to move freely.
