At FAS Training we do things a little differently, our mission is to put the "personal" back into "personal training". We take the time to get to know you, your strengths, weaknesses, likes, and dislikes. We get to know what your history with fitness is like, your goals, motivations, and frustrations. We get to know your communication and learning styles. We are here for you, as trainers, teammates, and friends. We believe this is the key to becoming the most effective and efficient personal trainers, and coaches we can be.
From there we proceed with a comprehensive injury screening, and movement assessments. Your body will create protective tensions, and can develop compensatory movement patterns, or habits after experiencing trauma such as an injury. These protective tensions and compensations can stay in affect for decades. They can effect your functional movement patterns and/or posture, compromising your overall performance and potentially putting you at risk of injury. FAS Training specializes in ASSESSING, ADDRESSING, and CORRECTING muscular imbalances, faulty movement patterns, and postural deviations. That should be the foundation of every fitness program, no matter what the overall goal is.
Once we understand what motivates you, and what frustrates you. Which communication style is most effective for you. Which learning style is most effective for you. How your body moves, why, and what we need to correct to improve your movement patterns. We design a truly personalized training program ensuring you meet and surpass your fitness goals safely, efficiently, and most importantly you enjoy the experience. FAS Training offers Personal Training in packages of 4, 8, 12, and 24 sessions. Each training session begins with a comprehensive warm up consisting of mobility exercises, muscle activation, and movements specific to that session's prescribed exercises. Next your trainer will guide you through the planned workout providing detailed instructions and demonstrating each exercise. Your trainer will observe every movement, coaching, cueing, and making any modifications needed to ensure you receive a safe, effective workout each and every time. We prioritize keeping you motivated and informed of the "why" behind every aspect of your training session. We want you to understand how the prescribed exercises, intensity, and volume of work performed pertains to your specific training program - boosting your confidence in program design, ensuring a lifetime of results.

Sessions are to be serviced at the FAS Training Studio in Lafayette, Colorado. Sessions are to be scheduled directly with your trainer.To keep scheduling as efficient as possible there is a 24 hour cancelation policy. If you need to re-schedule a session please contact FAS Training, or your trainer directly. Sessions that are re-scheduled, canceled, or missed inside of 24 hours may be forfeited. If you need to pause your training program please contact FAS Training directly. Unserviced sessions on an active program may expire after 6 months of inactivity. If unforeseen events arise that prevent you from continuing your training program, or in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your training program, we offer a refund for all funded, unserviced sessions.
